The Strosnider Company specializes in developing planned residential communities and building homes in the greater Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico area.

Formed by Lloyd Strosnider and his son Timothy, the company has extensive experience in aquisition, development, management and sale of residential and commercial properties. Since 1983, the second generation builders have built over 300 homes and developed 15 communities within their native state.
